Paia Real Estate

Previously an old small town of sugar and pineapple plantations, Paia is nowa bustling community filled with so much fun and adventure.  Back in the 1960’s and 1970’s, Paia has undergone rejuvenation after artisans and free spirits migrated in the neighborhood.

It’s not every day you see a town of Paia’s size that is filled with a wide range of world-class and premiere restaurants serving a diverse array of dishes.  Whether its Hawaiian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Vietnamese, Indian, American or even vegetarian, there’s always a place for everyone to get their fill.  The fish sandwich offered at the Paia Fish Market is a must-try treat, something that you will truly come back for.  You can also check out their art galleries for a fine selection of locally-produced artwork.  Not only will you find plenty of surf shops here, but a wide range of small boutiques and specialty shops as well.  They have everything from Balinese crafts to hula girls, even hemp clothes!  Paia’s amenities, combined with an international cast of characters give it a unique ambiance that is comparable to some of the towns in Maui and other similar places in the world.

These same attributes are also the reason why Paia real estate is experiencing such a high demand.
